Those same trails connect to campus, shopping, a beautiful bridge over the bog and to the Birck Boilermaker Golf Course and Driving Range.

While living at Blackbird Farms, you will still enjoy many of the benefits you have come to expect from living with University Residences. We have professional staff and on-site resident assistants (RAs) assigned to specifically support our students in URBA/master-leased locations. Plus, our staff plan activities and programs to help you stay connected to campus life.

All apartments are air conditioned and all utilities are included in your University Residences contract. In addition, each apartment comes with free private parking. Plus, a CityBus bus stop and bicycle lanes are also available to help you get to campus easily. Blackbird Farms is located on the corner of McCormick Road and Lindberg Road in West Lafayette, less than 1 mile from the heart of Purdue’s campus. Northeast of the complex is where you'll find access to the trail system and Celery Bog. South of your apartment complex, you find Boilermaker baseball, softball, soccer, tennis, Grand Prix, Student Farm and Intramural Fields... all are either adjacent to Blackbird or a very short walk.
