Two 30 One Flats is a newer building not only to University Residences but also to the community having been opened in August 2021. This community is located on the northwest side of campus, close to the intramural fields, the Purdue Student Farm, and the baseball, softball, soccer and tennis complexes. The Purdue Grand Prix track is also in your backyard! Plus, if you like to run or enjoy the great outdoors, Two 30 One Flats is located on the trail system that leads right to the beautiful Celery Bog Nature Area! On-site parking and access to CityBus (free for Purdue students) is also available.

Two 30 One Flats offers double (with one bathroom) and quadruple occupancy (with two bathroom) units that feature a washer and dryer in-unit, along with a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove and microwave) and balcony, patio or porch.

Students who live in the UR Boiler Apartments will be on a University Residences contract and a Purdue Dining & Culinary meal plan. Students living in UR Boiler Apartments must abide by the guidelines for University Residences.
