Applications for Spring 2026  

Beginning October 1, 2025, students not currently living in University Residences who want to move into University Residences for the 2026 spring semester may sign a spring semester housing application. New admitted students for the spring semester - after accepting your offer of admission, please allow up to two business days to gain access to the Housing Portal.

Applications for Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 

Beginning January 15, 2026, new incoming beginner students and exchange students who are interested in living with University Residences for the 2026-27 academic year may sign an academic year housing application. After accepting your offer of admission, please allow up to two business days to gain access to the Housing Portal. The deadline to sign your housing application is May 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT; however, you are encouraged to apply by April 15 to express your interest in Learning Communities and/or to participate in the roommate matching process following the application deadline.

Transfer, Re-entry and Re-admit students who are interested in living in University Residences for the 2026-27 academic year should monitor the housing website or contact the Central Assignments Office to inquire about availability.
