Meeting Spaces

University Residences Summer Residential & Dining Programs offers a variety of multi-functional meeting and gathering spaces within our residence halls that can accommodate groups ranging in size from 10 to 100 attendees. These spaces are ideal for meetings, presentations, training sessions, group discussions, and other program activities.

Available spaces within University Residences include:

• Meeting rooms of various sizes
• Indoor and outdoor recreation spaces
• Comfortable, quiet spaces for small group gatherings

Please note that University Residences only reserves meeting and event spaces located within our residence halls. Groups requiring classrooms, student union space, auditoriums, or other campus venues are responsible for coordinating those reservations directly with the appropriate campus department.

 

We offer a variety of room sizes and meeting spaces within University Residences. The rate sheet below provides pricing information for our meeting spaces. Any furniture or room configuration changes made by a group must be returned to the original setup following the event.
