Beginning October 1, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (noon), students not currently living in University Residences who want to move into University Residences for the 2025 spring semester may sign a spring semester housing application. New admitted students for the spring semester - after accepting your offer of admission, please allow up to two business days to gain access to the housing portal.
Beginning January 15, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon), new incoming beginner students and exchange students who are interested in living with University Residences for the 2025-26 academic year may sign an academic year housing application. After accepting your offer of admission, please allow up to two business days to gain access to the housing portal. Transfer, Re-entry and Re-admit students who are interested in living in University Residences for the 2025-26 academic year will be required to place their name on a wait list to sign a housing application - if space is available after the new student housing application priority deadline of May 5, 2025.
