333 South Grant Street Apartments, also known as Oakwood Apartments, is a property master leased by University Residences to accommodate the demand for on campus housing. This apartment building is conveniently located on the south end of campus, near Hawkins Hall. The Purdue Memorial Union is a short walk up Grant Street and Chauncey Hill Mall is close by. This close-knit community is near the heart of the academic side of campus and also houses Pathway to Purdue Agriculture Learning Community.
Each furnished apartment features two private bedrooms and one bathroom. Furniture includes a dresser, twin bed and mattress, desk lamp and a small office area with desk for each resident. There is one student assigned per bedroom. A coin-operated laundry facility is located on site.
Students who live in the UR Boiler Apartments will be on a University Residences contract and a Purdue Dining & Culinary meal plan. Students living in UR Boiler Apartments must abide by the guidelines for University Residences.
