Aspire at Discovery Park - NOT AVAILABLE BEGINNING 2021-2022 ACADEMIC YEAR

Aspire at Discovery Park is University Residences' newest UR Boiler Apartment offering. This state-of-the-art community is located off of South Street on the west end of the West Lafayette campus. Aspire is directly across the street from First Street Towers. New for Fall 2019, Aspire at Discovery Park is a smart home community where residents can use an app to control utilities such as lights and thermostat. The community offers a number of amenities including a 24-hour fitness center and retail food hall. More information is available on the Aspire at Discovery Park website.

Students who live in the UR Boiler Apartments will be on a University Residences contract and a Purdue Dining & Culinary meal plan. Located within Aspire is Crave Food Hall, which does accept meal plan swipes and dining dollars with a few restrictions. 

Each four bedroom, two bathroom unit is furnished with:

• Full-sized bed, desk, chair and dresser
• Living room couch, coffee table, side table, chair, entertainment center
• Stainless steel appliances in kitchen, bar stools or kitchen table and chairs
• Washer and dryer in each unit
