We are focused on providing our residents a living and learning experience that will help them succeed at Purdue and beyond. Please take an opportunity to look around the site at all First Street Towers offers. Thank you for visiting us and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Construction on First Street Towers began in June 2007. The building was designed with upperclassmen in mind and included input from residents during the initial planning stages. The final design was intended to meet the needs of today’s student with an eye to the future. The total cost for the project was $72 million. The residence hall opened its doors for the first time in July 2009.
