3rd and West

Purdue University's newest apartment community, 3rd and West, is opening in fall 2025. The building is located within easy walking distance of many amenities on the west side of campus, including Hillenbrand Dining Court, the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center (CoRec), Horticulture Park and other outdoor recreational areas. The apartments are also located on campus bus routes, making transportation to other areas of campus easy and convenient. 

The apartment building is located near the Discovery Park District, a massive mixed-use development embedded into the fabric of the university. The Discovery Park District also contains dining establishments students can enjoy. 

About 3rd and West

Various types of units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments are available at 3rd and West. Every unit has a bathroom and bedroom pairing. The main entry leads into landscaped courtyards, one being more public with the other being more private for residents. Amenities include indoor and outdoor kitchens, social lounges, study lounges, private study rooms and a fitness center. Additional spaces for study and group work are provided on each floor.
