Benchmark II Apartments are located on the southeast side of Purdue's West Lafayette campus, about one block away from the College of Veterinary Medicine and approximately four blocks from the Purdue Memorial Union as well as Krannert School of Management and Rawls Hall. Chauncey Hill Mall is also a short walk (restaurants, Target and other shopping locations).

Benchmark II offers 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartments with either a balcony or patio for you to enjoy.

Off-street parking is available along with on-site laundry facilities.

Students who live in the UR Boiler Apartments will be on a University Residences contract and a Purdue Dining & Culinary meal plan. Students living in UR Boiler Apartments must abide by the guidelines for University Residences.
