Patrick has over 29 years of experience in industry and consulting, delivering value around transforming sales marketing and service workforces; designing, developing, and deploying innovative organization strategies; reengineering processes; and gaining and sustaining executive sponsorship for large scale initiative. He has significant cross-industry experience with deep specialty in facilitating large-scale change in large organizations. Patrick has spent more than two decades at Accenture and continues to enjoy consulting, confronting each project as a new intellectual challenge.


 

Bridget Epp

In January 2005, Bridget joined Wente Family Estates; California’s oldest continuously operated family-owned winery. For over 10 years, she has served as vice president of sales, overseeing half the country for the Wente Family. Her primary role was leading a team of three regional sales managers and nine broker representatives in managing the distributors who sold Wente brands. This involved analyzing sales data, accessing opportunities, and forming in-depth financial strategies, pricing, programming and annual sales goal plans. Bridget’s extensive background in the wine industry includes her sale and brand management roles at the Robert Mondavi Winery, Terlato Family Distributors, and E&J Gallo Winery, where her career began 31 years ago. While earning her degree at Purdue University, she credits her time as an RA at Windsor’s Warren Hall as her first opportunity to be a leader.
