Born in Nicaragua to a Hoosier father and a Nicaraguan mother, Joseph Pabst brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and airline industries in roles of increasing responsibility.

Joseph began his career at Continental Airlines having secured an internship with the airline while at Purdue University. Following three internships with the airline and his graduation from Purdue University, Joseph joined Continental Airlines in May of 2000 as an Analyst in their Loyalty Marketing organization in Houston, Texas. There he was promoted twice and lastly held the position of Manager in which he managed international co-branded credit card partnerships. While working full-time, Joseph began his graduate studies in 2004 and subsequently joined American Airlines in Fort Worth, Texas as Senior Manager in 2005. His experience in the airline industry led him to start a career at American Express. He worked as a Senior Manager in the Airline Center of Excellence in New York City in May 2008, during the global financial crisis, where he focused on managing airline merchant acquirer credit risk.

Once the global financial crisis was over, Joseph worked on developing new payments products for airlines to more efficiently pay for their fuel expenses. He also worked on the strategy to develop lounges in U.S. airports. At American Express, Joseph has also held director positions in Global Merchant Services Pricing and International Consumer Credit Operations based in Mexico City where he had the privilege of leading a team of 150 colleagues serving Card Members in Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada and Spain. Joseph most recently was Vice President Airline Risk Management and currently holds the role of Vice President U.S. Commercial Charge Risk Strategy in the Credit and Fraud Risk organization.

While at Purdue, Joseph joined the Delta Upsilon Fraternity and was active in the Interfraternity Council. Joseph also worked for Purdue Dining & Culinary and the Division of Financial Aid during his undergraduate career. Today, Joseph is a member of the Finance Programs Board of Advisors at Stevens Institute of Technology. At American Express, Joseph is a co-lead of Inclusion and Diversity Action Committee and leads the Commercial Risk Colleague Engagement team. Joseph gives to the Purdue Research Foundation, Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation, Stevens Institute of Technology and the Fabretto Children’s Foundation. Joseph has been married to Glenda since 2001 and has one daughter, Sofia.

Patrick Mosher began his career journey at Purdue University in Freshman Engineering.  Not having the funds to complete his degree, he joined Purdue’s co-op program, working as a junior chemical engineer at Corning Glass Works.  After receiving his bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, he earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication.  He then earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from the Krannert School of Management.  This odd degree combination was perfect for his career trajectory.

After leaving Purdue, Patrick joined the Accenture (then Arthur Andersen) Education Consulting Division.  For 12 years, he helped clients navigate the people side of large transformation programs in Global 1000 companies.  Solutions included enterprise-wide technology implementations, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and new company launches.

In 2000, Patrick became Accenture’s Global Lead for Sales and Marketing Talent Solutions, delivering value to his clients by helping their sellers sell and helping their marketers market, including global learning academies, new technologies and tools, global sales and marketing organization redesign, and post-merger integration of commercial organizations.

Patrick retired from Accenture in 2017 and gives back in an entirely different mode to his community, profession, and family.  He serves on the board for Dance and Performing Arts in Minneapolis. He is now a solopreneur, taking people to sacred places to re-envison their life by recognizing and sharing wisdom — building a better world for future generations.  He has conducted events in Machu Picchu, Peru and Glendalough, Ireland.

Ghenno has held several leadership roles at Exelon/ComEd, Abbott Laboratories, BP America, Inc., Powered Performance, Inc., Arthur Andersen LLP, Ernst & Young and Accenture. In his recent leadership roles, Ghenno serves as a member of the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations, one domestic and one international.

His key career accomplishments include:

  • Creating a “Racial Equality & Engagement” program designed for leaders at all levels to engage with others to bring about constructive change towards racial equality in their workplace or their community.
  • Providing thought leadership and chairing the editorial board for publishing the book “Future Work – Putting Knowledge to Work in the Knowledge Economy.”
  • Starting and building “Powered Performance, Inc.” a performance consulting business offering services to help people learn faster and work smarter.

Mark Ferrara is the executive coaching practice leader for The Walt Disney Company. His work is primarily focused on the systemic management of coaching tools and relationships with external and internal coaches globally. Additionally, he coaches senior executives and high potential leaders and is involved in global strategic HR projects.

After 28 years, he retired from Eli Lilly and Company in 2017, the last eight years of which he was vice president of talent management. Ferrara was accountable for global employee recruiting, assessment, learning and development, staffing (including succession management), performance management, diversity & inclusion, and HR research. Additionally, he coached senior leaders, facilitated multiple CEO succession transitions and regularly interacted with the Board of Directors. His previous Human Resources roles at Lilly included senior director of compensation and benefits, senior director of human resources supporting Lilly Research Laboratories, director of global staffing, and manager of succession management.

Ferrara is certified in the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) 360, and multiple assessment tools from Korn-Ferry, including KFALP, KF4D and ESCI. He also has previous certification in Hogan’s HPI and HDS inventories. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Indiana Historical Society and is the Board leader for Young Life in Indiana and Kentucky. He was previously chairman of Lilly’s United Way Board of Directors and served on the Boards of Conner Prairie Interactive Park and KIDS Inc., a youth mission in Indianapolis.

Marcy Alstott is an Operations and Supply Chain executive with diverse product and technology expertise, multinational management credentials and extensive transformation know-how. She is currently a Managing Director at On Tap Consulting, a consortium of operations, supply chain, sales and marketing experts. Her clients range from technology start-ups in the medical device, consumer, ag and transportation fields to mid-range businesses in the transportation, medical and B2B segments. 

Marcy guides her clients from innovation through commercialization. She develops and implements operations strategies with an eye to funding, delivers on supply chain partnerships, launches B2B and B2C logistics networks, coaches executives and guides companies in the hiring of key personnel. With 40+ years of technology leadership experience in Silicon Valley, Marcy has an extensive network of colleagues across the computer, robotics and other technology-based industries as well as venture capital and private equity firms. 

Previously, as VP of Operations for the LaserJet Business at HP, Marcy refined and led a rapidly growing $13B international supply chain that supported the business with its flexibility and cost competitiveness. 

Prior, Marcy was Vice President of Operations at Sun Microsystems, a provider of mission critical computer systems. She had operations responsibility for Suns high-end server line and consistently delivered to cost, quality and delivery goals. Earlier, Marcy led the Operations team at Adept Technology, a factory automation company producing precision vision and motion sensing robotics systems. At Adept, as the GM for their nascent semiconductor wafer handling business unit, she oversaw growth to 5% of the companys revenue within a year. Marcy graduated from Purdue University with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a co-op program education at General Motors. She went on to Stanford University for an MSME with a design concentration and then added an MBA from Santa Clara University. Marcy is a frequent speaker at professional venues. She currently serves on Santa Claras Engineering Advisory Board and is an active part of the Silicon Valley Boiler Innovation Group that interfaces with JMEC, Purdue Foundry and the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship. 

Marcy is known as an excellent cross-functional, multi-level communicator which is the basis for her consistent leadership success. She has the rare ability to integrate functional input, ask the right questions and visualize the path forward to drive the optimal product to market while keeping costs in check. Her access to external resources and ability to balance competing priorities and steer decision making earns her a seat at the table wherever she serves.
