Bill Naumann

BILL NAUMANN, FORMER PRESIDENT/CEO OF HATTERAS YACHTS

William C. Naumann joined Hatteras in October of 1997 as President/CEO. Prior to those responsibilities he was Chairman/CEO of Sports Holdings Corp., a leading manufacturer of hockey and related outdoor equipment headquartered in Montreal. His previous assignments include corporate executive experience with multiple multi-national companies. He spent his first 20 years with Inland Steel Company, serving in engineering, sales, marketing and management.

He has served on a number of consumer product company boards including Sports Holdings, Worldwide Sports and Recreation, National Tobacco Corp., Crosman Corp., Voit Sports, FLA Orthopedics, Walbridge Coatings, Pexco Holdings, and Hatteras Yachts, Inc. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the North Carolina Manufacturers’ Association (NCMA) and the Tarheel Business Forum and was Chairman of the Political Action Committee of the NMMA. Naumann also enjoyed numerous stints in chambers of commerce and other community organizations in the coastal North Carolina area.

Chuck Dietzen

CHUCK DIETZEN, MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF PEDIATRIC REHABILITATION

A pediatric rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Chuck Dietzen is the Founder and President of Timmy Global Health, an Indianapolis-based nonprofit organization founded in 1997 to expand access to healthcare in the developing world, while empowering students and medical professional volunteers to tackle today’s most pressing global health challenges. His work in global medicine took off after traveling to India in 1997 and 1998, where he had the opportunity to work alongside Mother Teresa. In 2015, Dr. Chuck was the recipient of the highest honor a Governor of the State of Indiana can give: the Sagamore of the Wabash.

Complementing his work with Timmy Global Health, Dr. Chuck is also the Chief of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine and Medical Director for Inpatient Rehabilitation at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health, the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of iSalus Healthcare, Medical Director of Easter Seals Crossroads Rehabilitation Center, Medical Program Consultant at Bradford Woods, Chief of Bebor Model School, Chief Medical Officer of TransitionMed and the Medical Director of CHAMP Camp for medically fragile children needing respiratory support.

Dave Clifton

DAVE CLIFTON, BRAND ARCHITECT

Clifton architected distribution, brand, marketing, advertising and customer experience for Huntington from 2010 thru 2016. Crafting a total rebranding (strategic, cultural and physical), he directed creation and launch of several Huntington programs, while also driving industry-leading, double-digit annual household growth and earning best bank recognition by Money Magazine, JD Power and TNS. He was named CMO of the Year by C-Suites in 2015 and his work has been chronicled as a Harvard Business Case.

Prior to joining Huntington, Clifton led marketing for Chase and Bank One from 1997 thru 2010. Ultimately directing over $500 million in annual budgets, he drove the overarching brand identity, created the “blue glow” branding, new customer marketing programs, advertising, branch and ATM refurbishment & design, internet marketing and rebrand communications. Prior to his bank-marketing career, Clifton was General Manager for Young & Laramore Advertising from 1985 to 1997, where he directed accounts including Mayflower, Delco Electronics, Steak n’ Shake, Red Gold Tomatoes and NutraSweet.
