Timothy Bock

Timothy Bock, OWNER/PRESIDENT OF CDI ELECTRONICS


BS Civil Engineering, MS Finance (Purdue University)

Bock is a Purdue Alumnus (’79) with international experience selling engineered products to Industrial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). He has managed multiple businesses on three continents and served on joint venture boards in Japan and China. Bock’s experience in business development, new product development, manufacturing systems, and business systems and finance led him to becoming Owner and President of CDI Electronics, a prominent company that focuses on the design and manufacturing of ignition components for the Marine Aftermarket.

Kent Riddle

KENT & SUSAN RIDDLE, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF MARY FREE BED REHABILITATION

Kent is a Purdue alumnus (’80) with a background managing one of the largest not-for-profit, nationally accredited, rehabilitation hospitals in the country, Mary Free Bed. Additionally, his experience working with Elon Musk and developing the headquarters for Paypal has sharpened his skills as a strategic planner, a change agent, and a visionary.

Susan is a Purdue alumna (’80) with a background in audiology and occupational therapy. Apart from her primary occupations, she has experience teaching high-ropes courses and raising alpacas.

Teresa Roche

Roche is a 3-time Purdue alumnus (’78, ’81, & ’00) with a background in leading change management and cultural transitions in private and public sector environments. Her additional experience working with Agilent Technologies and starting her own consulting firm (Teresa Roche Consulting LLC) has motivated her to seek best practices for how individuals and organizations develop the capability to interpret an evolving and complex environment in order to make effective action.

Kimberly Riddle

KIMBERLY RIDDLE, GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF FABRIC CARE ENGINEERING AT PROCTER & GAMBLE


Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) Chemical Engineering

Riddle is a Purdue Alumnus (’86) with experience directing the world’s largest consumer goods company, Procter & Gamble. Fabric Care Business includes Billion Dollar Brands like Tide, Gain, and Downy. Combined with her professional organization involvement as CEO/President of non-profit Southwest Ohio Water Company and as Director on TechSolve Technology non-profit Board, in addition to her involvement, Riddle is driven to prepare the next generation of engineers to be leaders in the industry.
