Danny Varghese is a technology leader who brings nearly 15 years of experience implementing technology solutions for organizations of varying sizes and complexity. He develops relationships quickly by demonstrating thought leadership, strategy and vision, and incorporating technologies with business impact, and communicating this in terms of business value. Danny has co-founded CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices in both Chicago and Detroit, where he focuses his energy to help clients utilize business and technical knowledge to solve complex business problems.

Engage, inspire, create, and explore are the values that guide Krystie Jezierski’s work as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Delta Air Lines for In-Flight Services – West Region. She prides herself on the relationships she builds and the value she adds to the organization through innovation to the Human Resource field. Prior to joining Delta more than a year ago, she worked with both PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble in their Human Resources Division. Krystie returns to Purdue to help us grow into the best version of ourselves.

Beth Bostwick is the Founding Member of the International Council of Purdue Women, where she uses her passion about educating women on the benefits of starting their own company and helping them use the power of their thinking to make it happen. Since 2012, Beth has also been a Business Mentor through Purdue University, helping student ventures move from ideation to execution. She also is a published author of the book, You Can Choose.

Charlie Duncheon has more than 25 years of senior management experience in leading the growth of start-ups to successful companies. Charlie has served on several Board of Directors including the Robotics Industries Association and Automation Technology Council. In 2000, he received the Robotic Industries Association Joseph Engleberger Leadership Award, one of the World’s most prestigious robotics honors. Previously, he was elected president of the Robotics Industries Association, and served as the U.S. National Chairman for the United Nations International Federation of Robotics.
