| A $500.00 fee is assessed for termination of a student's housing contract during the term of the contract, except during the first 10 days of the start of a new contract, or when it would cause the total amount due to be more than the normally assessed annual rate. In the latter case, the total normally assessed annual rate is charged. Medical Withdrawal, Co-op/Intern and Military leave are not charged. | |
