BS Chemical Engineering (Purdue University), MA Organizational Communication (Purdue University), MS Human Resources (Purdue University)
Patrick Mosher began his career journey at Purdue University in Freshman Engineering. Not having the funds to complete his degree, he joined Purdue’s co-op program, working as a junior chemical engineer at Corning Glass Works. After receiving his bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, he earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication. He then earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from the Krannert School of Management. This odd degree combination was perfect for his career trajectory.
After leaving Purdue, Patrick joined the Accenture (then Arthur Andersen) Education Consulting Division. For 12 years, he helped clients navigate the people side of large transformation programs in Global 1000 companies. Solutions included enterprise-wide technology implementations, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and new company launches.
In 2000, Patrick became Accenture’s Global Lead for Sales and Marketing Talent Solutions, delivering value to his clients by helping their sellers sell and helping their marketers market, including global learning academies, new technologies and tools, global sales and marketing organization redesign, and post-merger integration of commercial organizations.
Patrick retired from Accenture in 2017 and gives back in an entirely different mode to his community, profession, and family. He serves on the board for Dance and Performing Arts in Minneapolis. He is now a solopreneur, taking people to sacred places to re-envison their life by recognizing and sharing wisdom — building a better world for future generations. He has conducted events in Machu Picchu, Peru (2018), Glendalough, Ireland (2019), Delphi, Greece (2022), and Istanbul, Turkey (2023).
